Why did you sign up for Different?

I signed up for Different to help me navigate the next phase of my career at a time when my responsibilities and profile had recently expanded. I wanted the opportunity to access the knowledge, experience, and guidance of the programme’s contributors, which I was confident would help me thrive, continue challenging myself, and develop new skills.

What impact has Different made to you?

There have been many benefits of participating in the programme but the most notable has probably been the powerful network of supportive senior leaders from Black and Global Majority backgrounds which I have had the pleasure of getting to know and learn from. Different has strengthened my confidence as a leader; helping me to articulate my leadership offer, expand my knowledge and hone in on the skills needed to compete and operate at a more senior level.

Why would you recommend joining Different?

We have been incredibly lucky to learn from and spend time with outstanding contributors; each bringing a wealth and depth of knowledge. Every session has been packed with such powerful insights and learning that it is impossible not to feel reflective, empowered and inspired to do more and be better.
