Why did you sign up for Different?

Curiosity. I wanted to know what I didn't even know that I didn't know. I also knew I had development needs and I hoped this might help. Finally, the focus on people like me was appealing. I hoped it would open my eyes to a network of supportive peers.

What impact has Different made to you?

Huge difference. I think I am more confident (hopefully not arrogant). Been helpful in dealing with the imposter syndrome. I feel like I could also make a difference and that I probably do belong here. Knowing that I now have access to such wonderful people and an opportunity to be mentored is invaluable.

Why would you recommend joining Different?

It's a difference maker. There are no programmes like this that I have come across. The network you become a part of alone is worth the entry fee!
